Please be aware of the following:

• Default Browser:. Ensure that you are using ONLY Google Chrome when accessing the Quantech G-Suite.
• If using Internet Explorer, some features may not work as designed (eg: Google Sites)
• Team Drives: These network drives are provided based on permissions and give you access to the sites. Drives are not accessible from a DoD site.
• Log on Issues: It is critical that you are not logged onto any other Gmail Account when accessing your Quantechserv G-Suite account.
• Browsing New Sites: There are two types of Web Sites that Google allows to be created. Classic and New Sites. Classic sites are being discontinued and therefore all sites that were created are in the New Google Site format.
• My Account: My Account gives you quick access to settings and tools that let you safeguard your data, protect your privacy, and decide how your information can make Google services work better for you.

Quantech Mail services will be functioning in our current Quantech mail system and within G-Suite. These are two separate systems. The IT Department will be reaching out to employees that currently have corporate mailbox accounts to transition them to G-Suite.

• Email: E-mail was setup as a dual delivery system. This means that all external email that is being sent to a Quantech E-mail address will appear in both accounts.
• If you send internal email from your Quantech Google account, it will ONLY be delivered to internal Quantechserv.com Google accounts.
• If you send internal email from your Quantech Outlook/Web Mail account, it will ONLY be delivered to internal Quantechserv.com Outlook Mail accounts.
• NOTE: This is an interim solution until the migration from Quantech Outlook to Google G-Suite has been completed.
